Great atmosphere and surroundings to pratice yoga, was very lucky with the weather! Healthy vegetarian food served daily and unlimited herbal tea supply! The whole experience made me feel very relaxed, such a a bliss! Debbie was a great teacher!

I have just attended the three day retreat with My holistic bliss and had a wonderful time. Debbie is a fantastic teacher and catered to all levels-I was a little anxious as I am relatively new to yoga, however with Debbie's gentle but encouraging style I was able to participate fully and achieve things I didn't know I could do! The venue is beautiful, inside and out and the lovely weather meant we were able to enjoy the gorgeous outdoor areas in our free time. The food was lovely-all home cooked, vegan and I have come away with some amazing recipes that I have already cooked at home. I am already looking forward to our next retreat here. Highly recommended.

This was my second retreat with Debbie. Great to see Deighton Lodge in sunny weather and make the most of the garden and comfortable outdoor seating. As before, I enjoyed the variety of yoga on offer and Debbie’s ability to cater for all abilities. The accommodation and food , and of course the company of like minded yogis, makes for a wonderful retreat that I’m sure I’ll be repeating again! Thanks Debbie!

I find My Holistic Bliss classes are always a wonderful experience. Debbie creates a warm, relaxing and friendly atmosphere. The wealth and depth of her knowledge is fantastic. I have also been on a My Holistic Bliss retreat at Deighton Lodge which was a chance to truly relax (and enjoy some great food!!) away from the general stresses of everyday. Thanks Debbie x

We had the most amazing experience on the Ibiza Retreat 2022 with the lovely Debbie and Carla from My Holistic Bliss. Wonderful location, fantastic yoga practices with the most endearing instructors. Oh and the food was delicious! We could not have asked for more. Highly recommended!! Thank you so much ladies and here's to next years retreat!

Had the most wonderful three days at the retreat. Gorgeous place, lovely food and Debbie’s classes were fantastic. Debbie was so welcoming and so knowledgable and the sessions were a perfect balance to invigorate & relax us. Lovely group of ladies too and i plan to do it all again next year.
