I went to see Tom a few months ago due to pain in my hip which was preventing me from running, having suffered with a stress fracture last year and pain in my knee I hadn't been able to run properly for 6 months. Tom did a full assessment and identified several issues, he gave me exercises to do and then when the pain improved supported me to slowly build up my running with a decent plan to stick too. I can now comfortably run 10k with no pain and looking forward to starting marathon training! Tom was very professional and so kind and has been a great support, messaging me back quickly if I had any niggles along the way. Would definitely go back if I have any more issues and would recommend to anyone! Thanks to Tom and excel sports clinic I am now back to doing what I love the most!
