It all started with the attendant offering 2 types of payment that convinced me to start my master's degree, but after I paid the registration fee (over a thousand reais) both were no longer valid. PagSeguro's abusive interest rates for cards in Brazil were not communicated by the attendant, who even incorrectly confirmed the value of the installments before I tried to sign the contract. After I postponed the start of the course precisely because of the LACK OF COMMUNICATION and knowledge of what it is offering, the second payment method also ceased to exist and this was only communicated on the eve of my first payment. I leave here my alert for those who want to start their master's and are considering this university. I just wasted my money on that entry fee and that's it. No one is responsible for the error and does not refund the amount paid. I tried to report to the financial sector after swallowing several frogs with one of the employees who doesn't seem to know what she's doing, but I didn't get ANY response, not even a negative. Tudo começou com a atendente ofertando 2 tipos de forma de pagamento que me convenceram a iniciar o meu mestrado, mas após eu pagar da taxa de inscrição (mais de mil reais) ambas não eram mais validas. Os juros abusivos da PagSeguro para cartões no Brasil não foram comunicados pela atendente, que ainda confirmou o valor das parcelas de forma incorreta antes de eu tentar assinar o contrato. Após eu postergar o inicio do curso justamente pela FALTA DE COMUNICAÇÃO e conhecimento do que ela está ofertando, a segunda forma de pagamento também deixou de existir e isso só foi comunicado na véspera do meu primeiro pagamento. Deixo aqui o meu alerta para quem quer iniciar o seu do mestrado e está cogitando essa universidade. Eu simplesmente perdi meu dinheiro com essa taxa de inscrição e ficou por isso mesmo. Ninguém se responsabiliza pelo erro e nem devolve o valor pago. Tentei reportar ao setor financeiro depois de engolir vários sapos com uma das funcionarias que parece não saber bem o que está fazendo, porém não obtive NENHUMA resposta, nem mesmo uma negativa. Resumindo: PESSIMA experiência.
