Very unprofessional, failed to tell me they were closing earlier than usual meaning I was unable to get there in time to have a patch test done for my following appointment, i then asked for my deposit back since this is their fault for not informing me about them closing early and they have now ignored me and decided not to deal with a mistake THEY made.

I really do love LS lashes and beauty. Their communication is always good and most of the time I've been thrilled with what I've gotten. Im still new to get my lashes and brows done so don't always know the right terminology but the ladies there have always been really patient with me and helped me get what I want 🤗 Definitely think each stylist has their own areas of strengths so its good to look into who you want to go to if you want someone that will always do exactly what you want, like I said im new to it so I've not been with just one person and 9/10 times I've loved my lashes and brows. There was only once I didnt but the ladies were really on it with sorting it out. I definitely recommend Aysha! Shes a jack of all trades and I always leave so happy when I'm with her

lashes started falling out a couple days after, i was so disappointed because i made sure i looked after them. the lash girl upped the price after she did my lashes and has offered me a discount to go back by why would i go back to a place like this
