It was the worst possible experience. When I came over, the receptionist couldn’t find my reservation and asked me to show confirmation which wasn’t a problem but she couldn’t understand where to look, how to confirm and kept scrolling my phone for like 5 min until she finally gave up and let me in. Then, the massage itself was just extremely unprofessional. The lady didn’t have any structure and was jumping from one area to another, repeating some movements like 3 times on one side and forgetting to do same even ones on the other side. She kept doing random movements and the massage was shallow as opposed to deep tissue which I booked, and then when the time was over she literally screamed “TIME” and run away from the room…….

I had been coming to this spa for a while. Lucy has been great but have noticed that everytime I try to book with her, she is not available or understandably she's not well. I booked a massage today and when asked I told the receptionist over the phone to have it with Lucy if she is available and she confirmed the booking. When I arrived at the spa today, somebody else came in and did my massage and told me that Lucy is having colds hence she can not do my massage. The massage was not too bad but somebody could have informed me that Lucy can not do my massage anymore just so I could have asked for another masseuse then it would have been a better experience for me.

Considering the price, location and service it’s a hard choice between 4 or 5 stars. I book through class pass and they have multiple times been accommodating with times and mistakes. Massage quality is good, it’s not the best massage I’ve ever received (that goes to a very expensive physio I’ve been to!) but it’s up there. I go for sport massages and have been with David and a lady whose name I didn’t catch. Both are able to apply a lot of pressure and really relax me. In fact, every time I’m booked for 45 minutes, I extend it to 60. Going again soon, so would recommend.
