At least SOME of the staff are lovely and willing to help. One member of staff had such a disgusting attitude, rolled her eyes at me when I asked a question, snapped at me, she was just all round vile and she shouldn’t be working in customer service. I was ready to let it slide, thinking I was overreacting until someone else commented on how unprofessional and rude she had been to me. Thank you to the member of staff who listened to me as I was ranting, completely understood why I was angry and said he would take it further.
