I decided to sign up for a monthly pass in person at the studio. Payment was made then and there and I verbally told the lady I was only signing up for a month as I was in the area for that time. I left the studio and couldn’t book a class online or on the app, despite being told I’ve been given access. I called multiple times. No answer. I’ve emailed multiple times. No answer. Someone finally got back to me and offered to look at my booking ability but at this point I just wanted a refund. ANOTHER payment has been taken from my bank and guess what. Still no reply. The stuff may be lovely but the lack of contact is appalling. I’ve had to contact my bank to make sure another payment isn’t taken and will continue to chase to try get £120 back. Disgusting

I have just returned from the Turkey Retreat in Gocëk, and WOW, what an amazing experience it was! The setting is stunning and peaceful, the yurts much more luxurious than I’d imagined & all the communal areas were so pretty and carefully thought-through. The food was all freshly cooked from locally grown produce, and was absolutely delicious😋. Sam’s yoga classes were fantastic, with plenty of variation and options for different levels. Bethan had clearly put so much effort into planning the week, from group activities to get to know each other, to excursions outside the retreat which we all loved. We laughed (so much!), we cried (good tears) and overall just had THE best time. Highly recommend!

Having never been to the studio, I didn’t know what to expect when booking on to the Turkey Retreat. However, I can now confirm it was one of the most amazing experiences - so carefully planned and perfectly executed. Whilst yoga was a huge part of the trip, there were also so many other activities and delicious food to enjoy. Sam is an amazing yoga instructor and I learned so much about poses and my technique. Bethan was also there on hand to make sure we had everything we could possibly need before we even needed to ask. I would recommend this to anyone and I will be booking future retreats!
