    Hello everyone don't usually post stuff but I have to do it this time because I'm very unhappy 😔 as you can see on the pictures I have asked for maroon with baby highlights and I end up with mess up hair like that I when back and asked them to fix it and she make it even worse than I could of imagined this is the worse experience I ever had, she didn't even dry my hair and let me go with wet her out Her name is Hollie I think

    Had an appointment turned up to be told sorry the lady your booked with isn’t in today (manager) come back in 2 hours I should be able to do it. I had to pay to get their sort child care. A call or text wouldn’t have gone a miss. Poor communication. Got my deposit back instead

    I don’t usually write reviews but this is just to save anyone else who is thinking of going there. This salon have completely ruined my hair. I had a simple wash and trim no colour. The person who did my hair held the hair dryer directly on my hair I saw loads of steam coming off my hair not thinking anything of it. But now my hair is dry as ever and looks like straw I’m so upset! The front of hair has been cut so short more has been taken off than I asked for. Do not use this hair dressers. I am now having to pay more money for a different hair dresser to correct the damage done.

    Very unprofessional got called a money grabbing client as I asked for my money back( got most of it back as said keep money for products which tried to over charge me for anyway £80, instead charged me £40 for which I had to argue) got messed around with appointments, went for a simple colour change for a lighter brown, ended up with ginger roots and uneven colour and got charged £140 for which is high anyway, would not recommend unless you want to be messed around with and uneven hair which end up being orange and yellow and get called a money grabber and one of those clients that want everything free.
