Having read through a number of reviews on here it seems I am not the only one with problems that will end up costing me a fortune. We ordered over three thousand pounds worth of internal doors including a set of bi-folds, when the carpenter got here to fit them there was a part missing meaning we are left with a gaping hole which cannot be filled until they condescend to provide the missing part. When calling them I was told that they will get the warehouse to take a look THE FOLLOWING WEEK! It is now several weeks later and still no part. Do yourself a favour and buy from someone else and check with your retailer that they are not ordering from LPD. Doors of Distinction who we initially ordered from have been very very helpful trying to source the part from a different supplier as it seems LDP doors are cowboys.

We bought a Shepherds Hut. The stable door was supplied by LPD. Despite treating the door with very expensive oil, which was recommended to us, the door failed within one year and needs replacing. The glue has come apart, the panels are moving and it is leaking. LPD claim to have a 10 year warranty but have refused to help even though the product failed within 12 months. Very frustrating and dissappointing service.
