Someone needs to get the CQC on this practice- it really shouldnât take that long to get the phone picked up itâs ridiculous. They still arenât taking face to face appointments have to stop using covid as an excuse. Edit: if you value your health please do not come here, Iâve been calling this surgery for two weeks and I still havenât got an appointment. Why you ask? They donât pick up the phone. You could be the first person to call in the morning and youâll get an automated voice saying their calls are at capacity. You would have to die first then try and get through to the receptionist it is honestly that bad. Theyâre still phone appointments only since Covid is still going on in the depths of this surgery.

I've been with this doctors surgery since new born (1990), you can only call to get an appointment at 9:30am or 04:30pm, its based on first come first serve basis. I was suffering from a chest infection needed antibiotics and the earliest they could see me is next week lol đ đ I'm going to be leaving this surgery and look at joining else where! PS I ended up at walk-in to get seen by a doctor and prescribed the medication I needed!

most horrible surgery, would not even give it 1 star - doctor is in no way qualified. Just giving random medicines without even conducting a checkup and the reception ladies are the most rude and careless women. dont even care to give you an appt - always somehow 'fully booked'
