Member of my family went to see Bobby Balls Statue, got some photos and went into town, nice shops etc. Did get the impression shop owners didn't like people through the alley to the toilets, my opinion would be. Be polite to people coming through they may buy things on the way back. Just one shop owners comment not all. But I heard her. It was a large shop with a large lighting area. Her comments were heard by my party and we left. She lost a very large sale believe me. She approached us as coming back asking really nicely if she could help. Maybe don't slag future customers off and you maybe can help both the customer and your profits, I'm not naming the place but customer service should be top priority there were 2 monkey lamps she would need to order 2 more, we spotted them going to the toilet at the end of the small arcade and were going to buy on the way back. Always treat people who can hear your comments as customers. I work in retail analysis, tried to get my family member to buy, I had no chance because of the comments. Sorry but I agree.

We went to an musical evening here and the location was great. Good parking, ease of access, beautiful gardens and the staff at the venue were terrific. Really relaxing night out.
