Awful experience. I arrived for the booking I had made and had even sent them a message before hand confirming my check in time but they had overbooked and had not reserved my room. They then went on to blame it on anything else but themselves when it was clearly their error and were totally incompetent in their responsibilities so i had to call booking.com on an emergency resolution line to find me alternative accomodation after they were simply incapable of doing so. Mistakes on overbookings can happen but the rudeness towards a guest for a situation completely not my fault is just wrong.

A comfortable stopover in what comes across as a traditional bed and breakfast stay. Extra blankets are available in the wardrobe if you get cold. Kettle with cups, tea, coffee, milk and sugar. A lamp for reading, although not really effective. The two wall lamps are good enough Complimentary breakfast with a choice of cereals and toast. Enjoy the book selection. Would definitely recommend this one
