Seriously would not recommend. Me and my sister paid a lot of money for a tattoo and got raised bumps and a reaction. We have called lowriders multiple times and told there are 'no artists available' to talk to. We were then told by the apprentice who'd picked up that he and other people had got the same reaction and 'maybe it was the ink'. No one has been in touch despite leaving a number and asking. We've ended up having to pay to see a dermatologist. Being told that 'it happened to me too' is not good enough when we paid nearly £400. Such a shame because it had been a positive experience but the aftercare is negligent and non existent and they don't seem to be investigating or showing any interest in the fact that their ink is damaging people's tattoos. No apology. No refund. No follow up. NOTHING. Service: Tattoos

I've been here before for my previous tattoo and had a great experience. But recently, my sister and I went and we both had a skin reaction. I called the shop and was told that the employee AND the tattoo artist also had skin reactions recently. I asked if I could speak to an artist to get advice on aftercare and if they had seen this reaction before and was told that NO ONE was in the shop for 7 days. I emailed in and the reply suggested I may have an infection but there was NO follow up. I called once more and was told that I could not speak to an artist. I have since called my doctor and a dermatologist. When I finally contacted the artist that did my tattoo, he said that he also had a reaction. He didn't know why and he couldn't help me. The aftercare has been terrible. Up until then, the service had been good. For that reason alone, I would not go back.
