Smart meter was scheduled to install today between 12-4pm behalf of Utility warehouse by Lowri beck which was booked 2 months ago (I am chasing to install my smart meter since September 22) and at 3.15pm today 45 mins before my time slot finishes Lowri beck called me to inform that it is cancelled and the next available date is on 26th April and it was cancelled due to engineer is rerouted to somewhere and they have overbooked. Before cancel my appointment they dint even care that I have booked an annual leave today so that I can be present for the installation. Don't understand how a national company is so unprofessional and carrying out such an important task with zero integrity and no empathy, zero professionalism. They would penalise you for not showing up but when they do the same, as a member of public you won't get anything other than grief.
