Appalling company who have recently accused us of damaging the goods that they tried delivering to us. Not bad considering we never even touched the goods! Thankfully our company has cameras that proved this. My previous experiences with Lowes have for the most part been pretty poor (damaged goods). Blaming everyone else for damages that Lowes themselves have caused is a poor show. Lowes forklift drivers could do with refresher training as to prevent more damage to other peoples goods. There are significantly more professional freight firms out there, steer clear of these cowboys.
