Long and short of it, contacted initially on 3rd May 2022 to provide a bespoke wall cabinet to conceal my fuseboard. My money was returned to me on 08th October 2022 after a lengthy Instagram chat "battle", as Arran seems totally unable to answer the phone or return numerous missed calls (of course very chatty on the phone up until money was sent...). Arran Lowe is a cowardly scam artist, who hoped that I would accept my losses and give up, however it took me to the point of contacting the small claims court for him to return the money. 5 months of lies that the product was ready and excuses about his dad's poor health (perhaps true, who knows...?) blamed for the delayed sending. Looking at other reviews, there are similar experiences and hopefully others will see this review before contacting and sending any money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You have been warned. Do Not use this business! Partner ordered radiator covers end of Sept & was told 8 weeks to deliver. After excuse after excuse we eventually got our deposit returned 8 months later but had to push very hard before finally getting the refund.
