Best GP service EVER…. I would give the lower Clapton gp surgery a1000 stars all the gps I’ve dealt with so far are just excellent whether it’s face to face or telephone consultation they are brilliant.. one thing that NEEDS to change are the receptionist….. they definitely don’t have people’s/customer service skills and that’s what giving the surgery a bad name other wise..BEST GP SURGERY & Ask my gp service makes it even better… love them to the moon & back….

All these bad review does not reflect this practice. I have been with the practice for 20 years, they have been amazing for me and my family. All the doctors are caring and friendly. Recently my family and myself were ill and the doctor Alex Knight, the care he gave us was beyond what these negative people are saying. Dr Alex Knight is kind and friendly, I was amazed how he took his time to diagnose the problem and was very quick with the referral. Thank you so much. Therefore I dont know what doctors these people with negative comments have been seeing. All the doctors at the practice are really good. Regards Koneyn.

I would not recommend this practice I can never book an appointment. I’ve been told for the past three weeks the doctor would give me a call back I heard nothing!! The receptionist is extremely rude and do not care!! They don’t even deserve 1 star!!!!

Chaos. I am lucky in Hackney. The best GP practice (Queensbridge) and The Homerton Hospital is amazing. Why does this place get it so wrong? I walked out of noisy (TV) waiting room to find that my blood test was running (significantly) late. You can't hear them call you because of the noise. it's a horrible, uncomfortable place. I hope I never have to go back. Why did they move it from the Homerton - it worked brilliantly there.?

58 minutes waiting on the phone to get through to someone about my prescription! Had to hang up and physically go there to find out what's going on! Staff technologically impaired blaming the computers! Disgusting. Wish I could give no stars as 1 it too many.
