Bought an ecu from them end of last year, took 3 months to get a pin out for loom, made loom had it tested and was fine, booked it in for mapping and ecu reads constand 24v. Map sensor bounces around causing ign cut, tps wont register anything, wires pulling out of the ecu plug which they provided. Asked to send it back for a refund but they're only offering a replacement which i dont want due to the issues ive had with it and the money ive spent trying to get it to work, theyre saying its my fault and the motorsport place have no idea for asking questions, however if the ecu worked as it should there would be no questions to ask. Saying only they can program it where as I was told any good mapper can do it. Avoid, judging by recent reviews im not the only person who has had issues

Updating from previous review, ran into some issues with the DME and after speaking to them and getting come clarity on what happened or at least how it happened they have offered to help and replace my unit under warranty. Customer Service at its best here. Can't thank them enough!

Appalling after sales support, like seriously the worst ever. Bought an ECU and Wideband in April, wideband came first. ECU was delayed as it was being tested before shipping (remember this point as you read on). When installed sensor was faulty, common enough I've been told but getting a replacement sensor took weeks of emailing and the seller saying it was sent then suddenly sending a second one with a tracking number which then arrived. Next the ECU, seemed fine and technical support was ok but when I installed it and got the car starting I noticed no change on the MAP readings. Had to break open the enclosure to find that the MAP input had no hose to the sensor. This was the "tested" ECU. Fixed it myself but requested a new enclosure as they are glued shut so broke the original one to open it. Was told I'd get a new enclosure and partial refund. Waited a few weeks and nothing, emailed again and was told the enclosure was on the way and the partial refund was just done. As I'm writing this I still do not have the enclosure for the ECU and emailed yesterday to no response. I received a partial refund but compared to the pain of this whole thing it is not any way just compensation. Honestly wish I could go back in time and buy from a more respected brand and have some comeback on the items. I've never had such a bad experience with a company.
