I can highly recommend Lowarth Building Supplies. It's not just due to the choice, quality and price of their porcelain pavers but also due to their customer service, which is second to none. Whilst choosing which tiles to get, Chris allowed us to borrow as many samples as we needed until we found the tiles for us. We ordered 50 m2 and just six tiles arrived damaged by the courier. Paul assured me that that they would be replaced or refunded, whichever I preferred, which is great; no drama. All the accessories are good quality and work really well and to top it all, Lowarth offer a fantastic cutting service, whether you want to hire a benchsaw, use their on-site saw yourself or would rather have them to do it for you. Many thanks to Paul, Chris and the team for their help so far. I'll be back next year for more pavers when I turn my attention to the front garden.

Paul and Chris cannot do enough to help. They talked us through the pros and cons of the various types of paving, let us take loads of samples home, and when we finally decided on a product they did their very best to give us the best deal possible. They are very honest about how their pricing etc works. OK, I did have a sneaky look online to see if I could source them cheaper (£6k’s worth after all) but to be honest there was nothing in it. And the service they gave us, in terms of throw-ins, cutting our tiles for us, and fantastic help and advice, has been worth its weight in gold. Even after the sale (delivery was next day and their haulier was superb, getting the 7 tonnes of pallets right outside the door) Paul and Chris have remained really helpful. Rarely have I found people quite as good at pre-sale, sale and after-sale service. I would 100% recommend Lowarth and cannot fault them for service, help, advice, support or price.

First time using Lowarth, and will definitely be using them again and recommending them to anyone looking to transform their garden. Chris and Paul have been superb from the moment we walked in the showroom. Excellent knowledge of their top quality products and how to install them. We were not sure what colours or design to go with, but they helped us to come up with an idea that we absolutely loved. We also used their cutting service to split and bullnose the edge of some tiles, which Paul got ready for us exactly when we needed them. Paul even kindly dropped in when he was in the area to see how our project was coming along and offered great advice to the contractors which they really appreciated. Cannot recommend Lowarth enough. 100% genuine company with only your needs in mind.
