    AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND PROPERTY. A loft conversion done by this company who at the time was trading under a different nameNail it& windows ltd.This was dissolved whilst they were still working on the property. The price increased halfway through the job. Final work was done in August and not everything was completed. I have since hired other professionals to do various jobs to complete the loft as the builders had refused any form of communication to rectify or complete the job. Poor installation of everything expect the roof( the worker do done it, did a great job). The tiling in the bathrooms was a botched job which I will have to get redone at some point. The installation of both baths were very poor. They had placed skirting boards underneath the baths despite charging ridiculous amount for materials. The property was badly damaged and no effort to protect my belongings. I had to replace all the furniture and flooring. The draining was poorly Installed with some draining on top of the kitchen flat roof. The door frames were poorly measured and installed with huge gaps which was then filled in with silicone. Silicone was used everywhere but where it is meant to be used. The gaps in the socket, gaps in the newly installed stairs( which shouldn’t have gaps), even the bedroom ceiling was filled in with silicone.wherever there was a gap there was silicone. He has refused to provide an electrical certificate for the wiring done on the new build. Denied having done any work on my property even though there are camera recordings and pictures of my property being used in various websites to market their services. AVOID AT ALL COST! If you however choose to get any work done by this company do an in-depth research into their company and the owners before you commit into any work. Don’t be taken in by their low quote( it’s not what you are going to pay). You will find that they open and dissolve companies quite quickly and always pressuring for cash and weekly payments. Majority of the work was carried out by labourers who are very hard working but not do not always have the necessary skills for job. The two main builders( owners) did not do very much yet they earned the most. However the Romanian one is more skilled than the other and has the potential of being a great and honest builder away from the partner but they are equally greedy as each other.

    Very poor communication ,work not done to standard and left job unfinished and has refused to rectify the poorly installed job and damaged lots of property along the way. Price increased halfway the job then dissolved the previous company while work still ongoing on my property and opened this one to avoid resolving the outstanding problems. Refusing any form of communication and did not even turn up when the inspector came not surprised some stuff still outstanding. Has refused to provide electrical certificates for the electrical wiring done on the new build. Always pressuring for cash payment
