Used this company for a transfer to Birmingham Airport on Sunday 1st July with return on Monday 9th July. The service given on the return journey was disappointing. We gave over the flight number for the taxi to track, however this did not happen. The flight was delayed which I checked when I was still on holiday in Lanzarote. Once the plane had landed I received a rude telephone call from the taxi driver saying he had been waiting for 40 mins. Clearly he didn't track the flight and felt as though I was being blamed for the delay. Once off the plane I contacted the driver to say we were waiting to collect luggage. He kept asking for times as to how long I would be. I couldn't provide this information as there were 5 flights luggage to one carousel so it would take as long as it takes. Once out of the terminal the driver was not clear on where to meet him and was difficult to find. Once we found the taxi, it was very tight to hold all luggage and 6 people. I had specified on my booking that we required the largest taxi as we had 6 cases and 6 people. The driver then sped all the way home and made the journey very uncomfortable. Its a shame that this changed my opinion of this company as the journey to the airport was great.
