Don't use this company! I booked a minibus pre-COVID times for June this year for a hen party. As per lockdown and government regulations, the event we were due to attend in London obviously was not happening. I have been trying non stop since April to contact the company for a refund as the journey in question never took place. I managed to get through to speak to someone once, who promised me a call back which I never received. Since then, I have had no response whatsoever to my calls, emails, messaging via the website. I understand that these are unprecedented times for all, but to completely ignore customers after having taken their money for a service that was never provided is just disgusting.

bunch of low lives. they charge low prices and think they're better than you, can't follow simple instructions, no mannerism or anything. Best to avoid a trash company like this, would gladly pay double the amount and atleast the company supervisors would have a brain, these clowns can't even solve a simple issue.
