    Rude staff. Their website and staff in store told me that there is no need to book for ear piercing, just walk in. I did just that to be told they weren't doing piercing because they were busy. No where does it state that they don't offer this service if they are busy. When asked when could I return to get it done I was told they didn't know. I was asked what was my problem when I stated that I had tried to call and specifically tried to find out was booking necessary. Southampton store is one I would avoid

    Either not for one star done my ear piercing there and my ear got infected so badly had to stay for more than a month In hospital because of they piercing if a place is not qualified for that please don’t go there in Lovisa to do piercing the worst experience in my life 😭😭

    horrible attitude, manager practically rolled her eyes when I got her attention, doesn't seem to be aware of the policy about repair if the item is not within the 30 day period, looked at me like I had 3 heads when I said it's on your website. Zero help, just "no we don't do repairs". The whole interaction seemed to be a huge inconvinence for her, very snobby and unapproachable attitude, opposite of everything good customer service is.

    Went into Southampton store and an item was wrongly priced, I was more or less blamed for it, no apology and refused to honour the price, terrible attitude and service by two employees, customer care training desperately needed.

    I bought an earring in the hopes of having it pierced there, however, it wasn't until after I bought the earring and paid for it that I was told I want able to have that one done in the shop. I then asked to refund said UNOPENED earring and was refused a refund. The store needs to make it obvious that there are only certain piercings are done in store, and that items are not refundable. and it needs to be made clear BEFORE a customer purchases their times
