Not professional. Just use <15min to wet my Alaskan Husky, and try to dry him with 25min. When the dog come home, he is still wet. They even do not take off his collar before washing him, collar wet, fur trapped under collar not wash. And they ask for £50 with that 40min “work”

Had an appointment booked, didn’t bother showing at all, not responded to any messages, completely ignored me. Used them multiple times before so ignored the reviews but seems this time they just couldn’t be bothered to turn up. Awful customer service, and would not recommend booking, you will wait in and they just won’t show.
