Around seven years ago myself and my husband engaged with Mitch at Loveweds to have some jewellery resized. We were so impressed with his calm, caring nature and his attention to detail that my husband went back and had some beautiful diamond earrings designed and made with Mitch as a surprise for me. My husband is usually pretty sceptical about buying jewellery and always wonders if things are being overpriced. What’s amazing is Mitch is so transparent and clear in his costings that everything can be checked elsewhere in fact he would actively encourage it if you were worried. You will always come to the conclusion that the price he has offered is an amazing one and should be snapped up. Mitch can be trusted 100 percent and you can’t say that about everyone. Over the years we have used Mitch many times we have have purchased a vintage Rolex watch through him that he sourced for our 10th wedding anniversary, I’ve had a beautiful ring made for my 40th birthday. I’ve had diamond stacking rings made that all match perfectly and had numerous other pieces altered and resized. Mitch had also valued jewellery for us and supplied certificates for our insurance company. I’ve recommended him to a friend who had a stunning ring made for her 40th birthday. Have recommended him to another friend who subsequently has had several pieces of jewellery made. I’ve sent two young men in his direction who have had engagement rings made with him and couldn’t have been more pleased. Mitch had resized, valued and cleaned multiple items of jewellery for my mother in law, and fixed a very sentimental piece of jewellery for a friend. In fact I can’t recommend him enough he’s one of the most genuine people we have ever met, he truly cares about his clients and bends over backwards to make sure the whole process is flawless from start to finish. You start off as a customer but you end up a friend I will never have a bad word to say about the service he offered or the end product. Keep up the good work Mitch you’re going a great job.

*************** Ongoing ************* How many jewelers do you that can lose a ring? April 2022, finally says he can’t find the ring….now April 2023 and my elderly mother is still waiting for this to be resolved. I fear she will be deceased before this is ever resolved. Please, Please be careful when you take a piece of jewelry in to be redesigned. We entrust jewelers with our sentimental items. I am so bitterly disappointed that this is still not resolved. The stress it has and continues to cause my mother is very upsetting. ‘Tis the season to be jolly? Not for me….. It’s now December 2022….. Loveweds LOST a deconstructed white gold dress ring with 16 diamonds belonging to my mother. This was in December 2021. A replacement ring was declined and she is still awaiting some form of compensation for the loss of the ring…….. We are still waiting for this dispute to be resolved…. I would give zero stars if I could

I cannot thank, Love Weds Harpenden jewellery shop enough. We just lost my husband’s dad before Christmas and his mother lost her engagement ring many years ago. Mitch was able to transform my father in law’s old wedding ring into what looked like my mother in law’s engagement ring. He was also able to creat what was left over with the gold from the ring a pendant which was giving to his grand daughter. Both my mother in law and daughter was so overwhelmed, Love Weds Jewellery shop were amazing . They kept us informed throughout the process. The price was very fair and Mitch is very high in customer service. I can recommend this jewellery shop for everything bespoke and a great service , I will be returning to this trusted jewellery shop. Thank you Mitch
