I arrived just before knocking off time on Friday afternoon to pick up some fuel for my new Chinese diesel heater. Now I'm a South East London Peckham boy, born and bred. So I don't know my arse from my elbow, as far as as buying fuel for this thing is concerned. So luckily for me, the bloke sitting in the office knew his onions and steered me straight. Also the lady that took my order was pretty helpful, she even showed me how to pump and fill the empty containers. Thanks to everyone, very grateful for all your help. Cheers, Simon.

Decided I should do some research before I ordered and get 3 prices. Spent 50 mins altogether on the phone, one supplier still hadn't replied after 25 mins. Called Lovells, answer on the third ring, competent, efficient, give quote, offer delivery next week, it's a competitive price. So, five stars and a round of applause. This is what good customer service looks like.
