Cannot fine anything negative to say about the service and information we received prior to our holiday experience. We did the MSC World Europa Dubai cruise follow by a week in the Maldives. (March/April 2023) All transfers were excellent, meetings a greetings at all exchanges 7 flights in total. Other transfers boats all excellent. We have already booked Hawaii with loveitbookit because of their excellent service it take out the ‘pain’ of doing it yourself to try and save a couple of quid. We found that a DIY holiday can cost more.

Rang these people 3 weeks ago, going to email me with some cruise deals. Never bothered to get in touch. If they can't be bothered to sell you it what's your chances of getting any satisfaction if something goes wrong. My advice, use someone else!

Agree with earlier post. Excellent sales service. Post booking customer service queries had to be escalated before resolution and whilst pricing competitive and provides certainty for packages booked before flight schedule released, it also makes any upgrades prohibitively expensive.
