Avoid! You cannot make contact with anyone other than a robot! And when you do your in a queue for an hour to message someone who does not respond. Complications booking through a third party from Ryanair website. Bad costumer contact and service will not waste my time in future too much of a headache!

I don't normally post negative reviews but this firm is an extreme. Scammed us out of £2000+ for a family holiday which didn't go ahead due to provider making mistake. No assistance at all. No help, aftercare or service at any point. Take no responsibility ("we just sell holidays... go to talk to the airlines/hotel/airport yourself). They refuse any email contact so you can't follow up in writing to make any refund claim. They basically make it impossible for you to contact them once they take your money. Amazed how such a firm is allowed to do business. Avoid Like the Plague!
