We were looking forward to our new sofa and were very excited to have it delivered. Unfortunately it did not feel as comfortable as we expected and remembered from the show room. After nearly a year of usage the feel is the sofa has not improved. The support team doesn’t recognise this as the design issue and can only offer ordering the bespoke (bespoke = expensive) cushions. Further more, we have an issue with broken/splitting seam. The case has been open for months now but it still has not been resolved. It really feels like Love Your Home support team hopes that the problem will go away by itself.

If I could give 0 star, I would. I have had the worst experience with LYH, I was mis-sold a bespoke sofa after travelling into the showroom and asking several questions to get clarity on everything that was important to us. The team are really not knowledgeable, consultative and don't listen, which has led to a item being purchased which was the opposite to what we had asked for. The service from start to finish was awful, I raised my concerns of the entire process and tried to find a solution, which is unfortunately still unresolved (sofa purchased in April 2022 and delivered in July 2022), which just shows the level of poor service. I have contacted the owner to discuss the feedback and in hope to get to a solution, he will not respond to availability to have a call. I can't believe a business operates like this. Anyway, my advice would be do not invest with LYH, as you will be very disappointed with the process, experience, service and particularly after sales care.

Terrible experience. Furniture delivered damaged and with poor finish. Shocking customer service getting this resolved (non-returned emails, lengthy delays in response, random emails from other parts of the business). Eventually managed to get someone to collect faulty products for repair, never heard back, despite chasing. Ran out of patience and cancelled. Avoid and stick to a more established brand. Would give a zero star review if I could.

I purchased a sofa from this company in November 2020 and it was supposed to be delivered in January 2021 but I still have not received it. They promised to deliver the sofa on 2 occasions now but did not show up on the day and kept me waiting. I am not getting any responses to my emails or phone calls. Terrible customer service!! I am worried the company might have gone into administration.
