    Paul came to repair the seat of a chair, which was part of a three-piece suite. The leather chair was about 10 years old and had lost all support in its base. Paul replaced the foam and tightened the supports. After about a week I felt that it needed just a bit more support with some additional foam. Paul asked a few questions about how I sat on the chair and knew exactly what to do in order to give a more comfortable seating position and add additional support where required thank you Paul for your expert opinion prompt service and great customer advice.

He took it apart and reconstructed , the repair is invisible - and the the chair is actually useful again! His communication was swift , and we dropped the chair to him on Saturday and collected it 24 hours later. Really friendly, helpful and a fair price. Highly recommend !
