I requested for their health and safety policy but they failed to provide. They also do not publish the swimming pool safety rules. They lack transparency. Instructors are however good but management are not cooperative and do not bother about health and safety rules.

Very poor service, my children attended the women only session. There are two groups at 4 different levels, however one session they failed to get a cover teacher for the group or cancel the session so it was ran by 1 adult. 1 adult to a ration of 13 children ranging from 4-15. There was huge health and safety breach, no life guard at poolside. While one group were being instructed other group was left unattended, instructor ran from one side to another to instruct the 2 different group. At one point my child nearly drowned the instructor was completely unware. Moreover a lot time was wasted as children were waiting for instructions. Also noticed over the weeks instructor stopped getting in the water to support the children. I paid knowingly this is how they teach but now state they don't have to go in. Progress is very slow and water is cold during the autumn/winter term. I raised my concerns and asked for a refund for the remaining sessions due to health and safety issues and for the unsatisfactory service but didn't get one. Contacted them for complaints procedure but didn't receive any response. I wouldn't recommend love to swim to anybody. I am not an isolated case other people I have spoken too have said t he same.
