I highly recommend Ros as a physio having recently seen her with a shoulder problem. She was friendly, professional and obviously has excellent knowledge. Following carefully assessment, she gave me dry needling and exercises to do at home. I especially appreciated that she explained the underlying issue to me in detail so that I really understood the problem and the purpose of the treatment and exercises.

I saw Ros as I had a recurring hip problem that was causing me pain and she was recommended to me by a friend. After a very detailed assessment Ros devised an individual plan for me which included Physiotherapy and Dry Needling. Ros was very knowledgeable and clearly demonstrated the strengthening and stretching exercises to me before sending me full details so I could work on them at home. I was pain free after a couple of sessions! I would definitely recommend Ros and I will certainly go back to her if I ever need more treatment.

Both my husband and I have seen Ros for physio and we have both been really pleased with the sessions. I had a problem with my hip and Ros was thorough in checking for the source of the problem and then providing me with excercises to do to help remedy the situation - which she also e-mailed through. We have also attended her pilates classes which are excellent - small groups, and we benefit from Ros' expertise and attention to detail re our posture etc.

I have used Ros to gain her advice on several foot issues for my son. She is professional, caring and thorough with her consultations and has consequently given us advice on treatment/management of symptoms or more recently a necessary referral to quickly identify a problem. She has also followed up these appointments with emails checking on his progress.

Ros has helped me tremendously with physiotherapy - I had several injuries and she has carefully and thoughtfully given me a series of exercises to strengthen my body. She is attentive, goes in to detail and adjusts the exercises to suit the need over time. The debilitating effect of my injuries has really got less and my body feels much stronger. She is an excellent physio. The pilates classes are also really good and comprehensive.

I had first met Ros when I went to her lovely adapted Tai Chi classes. Having suffered chest and shoulder pain this year I decided it was time to go to her in her capacity as a physio. Ros' gentle approach has massively helped with the pain. With other physios I have often hurt a lot more after a treatment, but not with Ros. She is also very good at making you feel at ease.
