This salon great the staff friendly and efficient in their job. I went for a billion dollars brows & mini lash extensions. The results were great. I usually only get my brows waxed because I find threading very painful to the point that I'm in tears and I get headache. But not in this salon . I didn't feel any pain . I wanted a natural look which I got. Both Naomi and Alison asked what I wanted and listen to my wishes. Which doesnt really happen in salons. Friendly staff at reception, then taken to academy by Charlie who offered me a blanket prior to getting onto treatment bed, Charlie discussed what I would like and the lash look I would prefer, Charlie was super, put me at ease and treatment was so relaxing I dozed off. Room was quiet bar background music as other clients were also getting treatments.
