I had my first NPL session yesterday. Unsure of what I was really getting into but knowing I was ready to tap into my subconscious and heal. The following morning I encountered a situation that would historically be very triggering for me. I was initially met with confusion and hurt- typically the interaction would have made me feel alone and fear being in this world as such while sending me into a spiral. The thought passed my mind "I have no one" and then something inside of me (I now identified as my subconscious) said that's not true you have you... I can't fully articulate the processing but there was an absolute shift in how I took that interaction/ how it impacted me compared to what would have been before NPL. I've explored many paths to healing and spiritual growth. It may be too early to say but I feel that NPL may be one of the most immediate and impactful path I've experienced thus far. It's clear that a new neural pathway was created in regard to the topic of my session. I look forward to diving deeper into other areas of my subconscious with Nita and her gift.
