I needed a formal dress for a summer wedding and, having a shoulder/waist combination outside the standard sizing, I'm having a hard time finding a dress that fits just right - without a ton of adjustments. Black Butterfly Tailoring was the solution to my problem. From when I entered the shop for the first time, until the final test, Milan and Yanitsa listened to my requests, guided me in my choice and served me with extreme professionalism and kindness. The choice of fabrics (coming from the best Biellese and English wool mills) is incredible, from a high weight tweed, to a super 160s merino, to a loosely woven wool-linen mix. The attention to detail and care for the finishing touches is impeccable. I asked for a jacket with canvas only on the front, half lining, 2 buttons and a slightly widened peak collar, classic trousers with finished hem and heel flap and waistcoat with pocket. Not easy, yet Milan, without batting an eye, made me a dress in less than 6 weeks that is a masterpiece. Finally, it is important to add that the value for money is excellent and the result is a suit made for you which, if kept properly, will last you a lifetime.
