I cannot recommend this store enough, we needed a chair quickly to be delivered to Morris Care for my 95 year old Mother in Law….. Scott at Love Mobility organised this the same day…. Local competitors were at least 3-4 weeks….. he made the purchase simple and his customer service is beyond excellent…. Then when I needed the chair moved from Morris Care to her home Scott stepped in again and supported…. Within 24 hours…. Unbelievable, Do not go anywhere else….. I won’t. Well done Scott and a huge thank you from myself and my family.

PLEASE….Do not buy from this place we bought a scooter from them for £500 that got rit off days with a dead motor we then payed a extra to up grade since then I’m left with something that ain’t worth what I’ve spent out on it’s horrible to ride an the battery won’t even last to Blackpool south to north Please be aware of them……..☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Our SmartDrive wheelchair motor would not switch on, but Love Mobility were very friendly and helpful, and within an hour had completed a repair that was probably actually better than the original part, and all for a very fair price. My scooter broke down at the weekend, while I was at the COVID vaccine centre. I rang for advice and spoke to Rob. He was very knowledgeable and gave correct advice to get scooter going again. The following Monday I took scooter to shop for service and met Scott who was also very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Such a good service and wide range of new scooters that are reasonably priced, I decided to buy a new scooter for my partner. I would definitely go back again and would recommend to others. We where on holiday in iron bridge when my wife's scooter broke as she could not get out of the house without it l phoned the nearest company being a Sunday they offered to look at her scooter 9-30 Monday morning . Unfortunately the scooter was beyond repair however I was able to purchase a new scooter from the shop and was able to get my wife back out and about the same day. Many thanks to Scott and his team
