He helped me sort a scooter within my budget, ensured new batteries were fitted and even went as far to bring me a cover for it. Don’t even deserve one star. Plain right lie through there teeth. Don’t ever get insurance with the company as they say you are covered for nearly everything which is a lie. Take your scooter to apparently sort it but hold on to it for months with no offer of a courtesy scooter full well of knowing upcoming operation. Plus so much more glad to see the back of this company. People need to be aware of Love Mobility!! Please if you need a mobility scooter use someone else or risk being ripped of.

I had problems with my wife's mobility scooter, but unfortunately the scooter is quite old and spare parts are not available anymore but Rob who is the owner fixed the problem temporarily and told me to go back the following week as he was going to see if he had a part at home, really impressed with Rob couldn't be more helpful would recommend Love Mobility Kent for all your mobility needs.
