Yesterday I had a bridal dress consultation at Love Me Do Brides. Upon arriving they had a sign at the desk saying 'welcome Toni' which made me instantly feel incredibly special. The team welcomed my mum, baby and I and made us feel comfortable and welcome. They had a wide selection of dresses for me to try with a not so high budget and didn't make me feel that my budget was an obstacle. They picked several dresses for me to try and each time I liked a feature they did their best to beat each dress until I found the one. Wedding dress shopping with my mum has always been a dream of mine and I am so grateful for the team who made it possible for us to have the moment we had always dreamed about when I got to say yes to my dress! I would highly recommend shopping here if you are looking for your special dress! Thank you very much for the best experience I had always dreamed of!

I mixed up the towns of Walton-on-the-Naze and Walton on Thames and made a wrong booking. I called before the appointment and they cancelled it but still charged the cancellation fee. Even explaining all this to them I was still charged and they refused to reimburse me. I understand costs working in sales myself but to be charged for an honest mistake seems just like really bad customer service. Do not recommend.

BEST WEDDING DRESS SHOP EVER! I had been googling dress shops for a while, with over 2 years till my wedding date I had plenty of time but I was eager to find my dress. I had a few different shops jotted down but Love Me Do Brides really stood out for me, I was obsessed with their Instagram page and I found a dress on their that was new in and booked an apt for that coming weekend. My first ever wedding dress shop visit and it was everything I could of imagined and more! The ladies were so lovely and welcoming, I felt instantly at ease and I tried on quite a few dresses but one stood out. After a while of nattering and debating I said yes to the dress!!! So many beautiful gowns to choose from, the service from these ladies is second to none and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you :)

I chose my dress over a year ago. I thought I'd wait till I receive the dress before leaving a review.. I HATE shopping, dress anything sparkly so I really wasn't excited for the appointment. When I entered we did have to remove our shoes but honestly that was fine made me feel relaxed. When I got there as I hate shopping I already had one In mind.. turns out I didn't like it. They gave me a few other options with the few things I wanted the dress to have.. first one I tried on that was picked by someone else (I cannot remember her name but she had beautiful bright red hair) I instantly loved it.. so much so I burst out the dressing room causing the owner to almost choke on her drink. They made me feel so so happy and I felt the excitement I dreaded I wouldn't feel. Honestly it takes a lot to drag me out of my self but they did that and for that I'm truly grateful. Wonderful experience. The whole way through any questions I had answered etc. I recommend 100%. I've read some of these reviews and honestly not a hunt of any attitude towards me or anyone else in the shop with me.
