Nadia talked us through the whole process and made sure my daughter was reassured during our appointment. The whole Team were welcoming and friendly. The piercing studio was scrupulously clean. Got my septum pierced here today, the staff were so friendly, we were greeted by a very nice guy who helped us fill out forms (they had some brilliant music playing too) then a very sweet woman who I think was called Nadia went through everything she was doing in the process before piercing my septum. I was shocked to find out it was done when it was almost completely painless. Thanks for a great piercing experience! I’ll definitely be back for more soon :D
