Changed two businesses water contracts using these scammers, both contracts we were LIED to. New contract is NOT cheaper. New contract is quarterly not monthly. New contract is in ADVANCE - so always uses forecast reads, not ACTUAL READS!! So what the hell is the point of having a meter?! SCAMMERS. AVOID.

January 23 and our contract with our supplier ended, we trusted love energy to find the best deal and they advised us to switch to Valda as they said it’s the best deal available at 67p per KWh over two years. I did ask is that definitely the best deal and love energy reply yes as it’s renewable energy. But after the contract started ‘which we can’t get out of now apparently’ we found out that it wasn’t the cheapest deal out there so we were lied too buy your advisor, love energy!!!!! we’ve been with them for 3 months and it’s been a nightmare with Valdas wanting us to pay an estimated 3 weeks in front on every bill over and above our usage. I’ve left a messages for your advisors to call me back but no one called. I want you to get me out of this contract or I’m going to Ofgem as I believe you lied to us with it not being the best deal on the market…… please feel free to get back to me.

Very bad service, I will never use then again , they are misleading their customers and will not support should needed, once you sign the contract they will not answer your calls and they are very aggressive when they answer, seems that they block your numbers, in addition their commission added to the consumption.

I been scammed with company by electricity’s contract 3 times higher than market prices my fault was I trusted them and I asked them to cancel the contract before it started but they said no the company doesn’t cancel which was pure lies.
