My bf and I visited for a specific toy , we was a bit unsure as there was so much variety in store and didn’t quite know which one to go for! J came over and was super helpful and knowledgeable about this type of toy, we felt really comfortable as it was our first time in a shop like this together! Went to this store twice first time was served by older bloke who was cocky and second time by a blonde bloke who does not have a clue and both times was pressured in to buying stuff I did not want. They don't listen to customers needs and only seem interested in pressure selling. If I could give a 0 star I would but Google won't allow me to. Poor customer service never again.
