Came in not even welcomed, horrible service and the food was cold and we had been served frozen paranthas, they served food and left a sibling out and gave his food after we ate, over all i Don’t recommend. Worst experience of my life!! Never coming back, we also asked you if you sold frozen paranthas and rudely replied “I don’t know I don’t work in the back “ so if you want us to raise the issue what else did we do? You honestly baffle me. The tea tasted like pure water and overall a huge disappointment. Your attitude towards customers is dispicible

What can I say, I love chai. The Desi, Arabian-African and Indo-European twang at this restaurant, is what the local customers and those outside of Birmingham West Midlands, in England, needed. Indeed, this restaurant is reflective of the inner and outer influences, cultures and cuisines, within Birmingham. Here, as I have visited, I am a regular customer, as Love Chaii, is local to me. As for the; appearance, vibe, to the customer service; the workers on the cash desk or till, the cooks to free WiFi and decent sized library, a place to relax and have a Karakh Chai and Tuna Crunch Panini is a must for breakfast, Jacket Potatoe, Tuna Beans and Cheese, Salads with both, thanks, appreciation for and to the Managers, Supervisors, Noor from Islamabad, the cook, the other cook from Lahore, the people in the background who do the real hard work of preparing, correcting and giving brilliant customer service, Ahmed from Syria on the tills and Amaad from Karachi, likewise, somewhere family and couple friendly, quiet, on the side, affordable and 10% of the money spend goes to charity to help orphans, come visit, you will not be disappointed. - Waqar Saleem (Abu Haqīqah).
