Sandra has taken care of my kitty Hazel twice now while I’ve been traveling. She is absolutely the best cat sitter I have ever had! I know Hazel is in good hands while I’m away. I’m a very nervous cat mom and hate being away from my girl but she makes it easy. She is incredibly communicative and sends tons of photos every single visit. Hazel is pretty shy but very comfortable with Sandra and always comes out to play. I trust her very much and I’m so lucky to have someone so reliable take care of my cat. Another cat sitting service in the area cancelled on me last minute a few days before Christmas, but Victoria and her team were able to find an alternative cat sitter so we didn’t have to cancel our plans. Najwa was an amazing sitter for my young cat, she gave me detailed updates and sent lots of photos during the visits. Socks loved spending time playing with her :) last minute train cancellations meant we needed an extra day visit which wasn’t a problem at all. I would 100% recommend this service to other cat owners in the area :) 10/10

Sandra has been excellent when she has been round to look after our cats. They both can be timid with new people however from the daily updates and photos it is easy to see that they feel very comfortable with her! The photos makes me feel secure that they are ok too! The service has been great - they are very efficient and get back to you extremely promptly over email or when scheduling visits. Couldn’t recommend them enough
