This is our third time ordering from Julie and the Love Carpet team. Great experience from start to finish. We received wide ranging samples by post, along with recommendations on brands and carpet height. The overall quote was very competitive, the fitter was able to fit around our schedule to measure up. Big thanks to Julie for helping us to pick the right carpet - we had no idea! All we knew is that we wanted to replace a beige carpet in our lounge and Julie helped us to pick the right material that will stand 3 young children and a dog. Gary the fitter was lovely, took the old carpet away (we did have to pay extra for this) but it saved me cutting it up and taking to the tip. Really happy with the price and service - Julie is a star!
