I can't even begin to explain how lovely this experience was from start to finish!! I was really nervous as it was my first dress shopping appointment and what I didn't realize with wedding boutiques is that you can't take photos in the dresses so i was really worried i wouldnt be able to choose one that I liked as i am the queen of indecisiveness. I must say, if this is you - don't be worried. Charlotte and Emma explained to me beforehand that it's about how you feel in the dresses, and wow, it really was! The experience would have been totally spoilt by photos, I'll admit! Charlotte made me feel so at ease and so comfortable when trying on the dresses. She suggested accessories including veils etc that might pair nice and was really patient whilst I tried various things on. She was so so knowledgable about the dresses and their designers: showing me various sleeve options when I wasn't 100% sure a strapless dress was doing it for me. I went in expecting to come away with a fitted embellished dress, what I actually came away with was a floaty dress that made me feel like a princess ! I want to go do it all over again and cannot thank the girls enough for their patience and attention to detail throughout. It made a very anxious girl a lot less nervous and I'll be reccommending the boutique to literally anyone who will listen haha!!

Couldn’t recommend Love Bridal enough! I visited with my mum and we had a really lovely time. There was no pressure at all and it felt like Charlotte really understood what I was looking for. I was actually undergoing cancer treatment at the time so I was feeling quite nervous beforehand but the appointment was just so relaxed and lighthearted. Charlotte made me feel so comfortable and helped alleviate my worries. I found my perfect dress (Sassi Halford - ‘Naomi’) and Charlotte suggested some beautiful accessories (Sassi Halford - ‘Sienna’ top, with Herminone Harburt headpiece & a veil by The couture Veil) which completed my look perfectly. I couldn’t have been happier with my outfit & wish I had another chance to wear it! Thanks Love Bridal & especially Charlotte x

A big, heartfelt thank you to Charlotte for her advice and guidance in styling me as a bride in a Sassi Halford wedding dress and accessories. I felt amazing and got so many lovely compliments on my wedding day. Upon entering the LOVE Bridal boutique in December 2020 I was massively out of my comfort zone - and as a first time bride at the age of 47, I was ultra conscious, and aware that I needed to find a dress that suited my figure and age. Thankfully Charlotte knew what would suit me, and helped me to find the perfect dress. From that first visit, and all the others post lockdown, Charlotte has been such a fantastic advisor thorough out my bridal journey. The result on the day was just so amazing. I was pretty sure I wanted a Sassi Holford dress and you guys were absolutely Sassi Holford experts making recommendations that I hadn't thought of including a stunning matching veil and a beautiful belt to compliment the gown. Emma made the whole experience really relaxed and enjoyable which given it was the height of covid was not an easy task. You were super professional and friendly and both me and my mum knew we wanted to buy the dress from you guys. The same goes for the alterations boutique you recommended, from start to finish myself and my mum knew we were in very good hands and I loved the dress.
