Pauline did the videography for our wedding just over a month ago. She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! We had a quick response to our enquiry and had a consultation booked in soon after. Pauline was amazing in our first video call, asking about all that we wanted from our video and the details about our day. She stayed in contact in the run up to the wedding and we had another video call booked in soon before the wedding to confirm timings and any priority shots. Pauline listened and delivered on everything that we asked for. On the day, having Pauline there capturing all the moments on the day felt like having another friend/ guest there! She was so lovely, so professional and kind throughout the day. She got all the shots we wanted and worked well alongside our photographer too. Some of our family members commented that they didn’t realise we were having the wedding videoed as Pauline was super subtle throughout the day! Pauline sent us a link to our video soon after the wedding and it is everything we hoped for… It captured the feel of the day perfectly and had shots of so many lovely moments, which we hadn’t seen or had forgotten about! We’ve had such lovely feedback from friends and family and have not stopped watching the video ourselves! We received a stunning package with our USB version of the video, it’s the most beautiful USB we’ve ever seen! So lovely to have a physical copy of the video to have as a keepsake, beautiful enough to display too! We are so grateful we found Pauline and Love & Lace Media!
