The ballon arch was lovely but the customer experience was poor. We had agreed for the ballon arch to be put up at tea time. I hadn't heard anything so i contatced Ree and she updated me she was running very late. Ordinarily I wouldn't have minded but the lack of communication combined with the impact on my plans was frustrating. The ballon arch was fab but it didn't stand unaided. This resulted in it being knocked during the party. I was not aware that the flower garland needed to be returned. I assumed as the ballon arch was £200 it was included in price. Unfortunately I had broken down the garland and put some parts in a vase. I was very apologetic but took the opportunity to feedback that if I had known I would never have done this. Ree arranged to collect the frame and remaining parts of the garland. As I work night shifts I had informed her I would put it in a safe place outside. Ree came a day late to collect everything by which time the remaining garland had blown away. Overall I didn't have a great experience!

The people at Love always balloons were really helpful and friendly. I first made an enquiry a week or so before my sons birthday and they delivered some wonderful dinosaur balloons which he loved playing with and have lasted well over a week. Would definitely use this company again.

Wow - what an incredible service! I hosted a surprise 30th birthday party for my best friend last night and wanted to make it really special. I found Love Always through a friend and I couldn’t be more glad that I did! The result was an absolutely stunning balloon hoop in the most gorgeous colours plus big 30 balloons.
