Visited the Southend shop today for breakfast and although they were friendly enough when we arrived that changed when we left! 2 adults and 4 children Ordered at the bar, lady was sort of taking my order as well as doing something else. I ordered: 2 adult brunches 1 kids brunch 1 Jam and toast 1 mixed bits from the extras (fried egg/bacon/sausage/beans) When it arrived the mixed brekkie had pepper all over the eggs and the sausage was missing and there was toast on there The Jam and toast was missing I told the lady who said she will check the bill as it didn’t come though in the kitchen She then showed me the bill and toast was on there but no Jam and also no sausage was on there! She then came back with a new brekkie but poached eggs! And also jam and butter for my toast (which she never bought fresh toast and expected me to have the cold toast that was put on the wrong plate). I then said I wanted a refund 1 breakfast and my jam on toast! She then came over and put the cash down on the table (with a sarcastic there you go lovely)! Whilst walking off with a face like thunder and making it obvious to the other staff that we was a nuisance! No apology for ruining our breakfast!

Not a particularly pleasant organisation. Head office staff park all over the neighbouring freehold blocking access to the refuse compartment, damaging the patio and preventing emergency services from accessing Telephone Avenue. Staff also smoke directly outside residents’ apartments. There’s a real unprofessional vibe going on. Senior management have been informed about this but nothing has changed. I presume they don’t care. ESG inclined investors should look elsewhere. AVOID.
