I honestly can't articulate how happy I am that I went with Loukiya for my graduation saree. My initial vision was quite the opposite (white floral); they showed me a few options online and then booked an appointment for me under such short notice, which put my mind at ease as I only had a week left until graduation so panic levels were high! Upon arrival, Veetha was super friendly and made me feel like I'd know her for ages! She showed me all their options in terms of sarees, lehengas, colours, materials and designs! I'm very indecisive and she was very decisive in leading and finding the perfect saree that fitted me and would work beautifully with my graduation robes! They were super quick to alter my blouse and made themselves available for me to collect out of their opening hours! I got so many compliments on the day and I cannot express how confident I felt that day! They literally went above and beyond! Reached out to Veetha and the Loukiya team to help create mine and my fiancés engagement outfits. From start to finish, Veetha was so helpful and detail oriented. I didn’t have a clear idea of what I wanted but Veetha modified one of their current outfits to fit ny vision and the colour I had in mind, and created an outfit from scratch for my fiancé. Throughout the process, she kept me updated and took away a lot of stress I had about ordering these outfits online. When we received the outfits, they were even better than we could have ever imagined - the craftsmanship is so intricate and detailed, I am still getting compliments and in awe of how beautiful they were.
