    Louise has created a session to suit my specific need . She is a kind, encouraging and understanding girl training an older person. The training is very beneficial for although I swim , golf and walk my muscles needed building up. I now have a more toned and stronger set of muscles !     I have a few health issues that affect my fitness and stamina. I found Louise by recommendation and she has worked with my limitations but still gently pushed me to make steady progress. Lockdown has got in the way this past year with a couple of enforced 'rest periods' slowing progress but as I write this review it is literally a day to go until personal trainers are free to work again and I have my my session with Louise booked in already. Looking forward to getting back into the routine! Louise is clearly knowledgeable about her work and she is also personally easy to talk with which makes the sessions a nice experience.

She has helped me gain my confidence, endurance and energy levels as well as helping with changing my lifestyle, loose weight and maintain a healthy diet. I moved away from the area so I couldn’t continue with the sessions but she’s is an excellent personal trainer which I would highly recommend
